At Snowbiz, we run a fully equipped on-site tuning and repairs workshop in the heart of Queenstown, delivering high-quality ski and snowboard servicing you can rely on. With decades of hands-on experience, including owner expertise dating back to the early 1980s, your gear is in seriously capable hands.
From precision waxing using our Wax Future machine to Crystal Glide base finishing, plus accurate 3D edging, we’ve got every part of your setup covered. To get the best performance and control on the mountain, we recommend servicing your skis or snowboard every 5 to 6 days, particularly if you’re riding hard or clocking up consecutive days.

Over Night Service
Hot Wax - $25
A quick boost for speed and glide. We’ll clean your base and apply a fresh hot wax so your skis or snowboard feel smoother, faster, and less “stuck” on the flats.
Full Tune - $45
The full refresh for peak performance. Base clean and wax, edge sharpen, and a proper finish so you get better grip on hardpack, cleaner turns, and a faster ride.
P-Tex & Core Shot Repairs - Quoted
Got gouges, deep scratches, or core shots? We’ll repair and rebuild the damaged base (P-Tex fill and finish) to protect your gear, stop water getting in, and get you back riding like it never happened.
